Val Pusteria with its 7 beautiful side valleys is one of these.
Mountain bikers and cyclists will find a large number of easy round trips for beginners or difficult expert tours between Bressanone and Lienz. The network of cycle paths is very well developed, so it is possible to "explore" each side valley by bike. The cycle paths can be combined with the train, so it is also possible to take the train back to the starting point.
